Sleep tracking

Use this screen to record the time you sleep.

Select the date fields to change the sleep starting and ending times.

Select the quality of sleep based on how well you slept.

If you have enabled extra fields in the Sleep Settings, you will have the option to select reasons why your sleep was not as good as it could have been.

Include any notes you wish. Save the entry using the save button in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
